How to go from an IGES file to Print

Hi everyone. I have a CAD system that outputs the following file types:
IGES
STEP
DXF
Is there a software that will convert one of these file types to something that the Prusia Mendel can work with?
Thanks for your help!

You need to get your model into the STL file format, at which point other software can be used to take that and generate a toolpath in the form of gcode files, which are sent to the printer.

I believe FreeCad can do that.

Pointedstick,
The FreeCAD seems to do this fine. I was able to load an IGES file in and save it in the STL format.
Thanks a lot for your help with this!!!
