Good customer service from Nophead

I've recently had good customer service from Nophead, here in the UK. Without entering into details, there was a
problem (created at my end not his) which was very quickly sorted out with his help.

I honestly think Nophead should have some sort of special recogntion or award for services to the community. The list of people who his posts and blog have helped must be endless. I've learnt so much just by reading through what he's written.

Agreed. If nophead was in Southern California, I would definitely buy him a beer.
