wiki edits - captcha

I am trying to edit some stuff, and when i try to save i get the captcha window:

"Your edit includes new external links. To help protect against automated spam, please type the two words you see in the box below: "

I type the words, press enter or save, get to a new save page, press save, get another captcha again .... and it seems to have basically no end, its just keeping that up, one after another. I gave it up a couple of times, and just now i thought to ask about it in a post.

Anything i am doing wrong - besides abusing the wiki that is, and should i stop doing that?

I had some trouble submitting an edit just the other day, but instead of asking for the capture again it threw a 500 error (in google chrome) or presented a blank page (in firefox). The cause was an external URL which had parameters in it, the url was:

Quote

http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=reprap&_sacat=See-All-Categories

Is your url similar perhaps? My solution was sadly to just use the url without the parameters and give directions to the reader.
