They usually respond relatively quickly. Sometimes they are traveling or really busy so it might be difficult for them to respond.

Since February i've come across poor quality parts within the machine, and after I reported that to them, they sent me the replacement parts without cost of shipping or anything which is expected i suppose.
They might just be busy with everything else.
