Prusa BOM up to date (rod length)

I'm placing an order for stainless rod and threaded, but I thought the spec had changed on one of the lengths?

There is no update history on the wiki BOM, so I don't know if I'm ordering the correct cutting list...

I'm using [reprap.org]

Are you thinking of the alternate X mounts for the original Mendel? It uses the shorter X travel smooth rods.

As far as I know, that does not apply to the latest Prusa BOM. The wiki is current.

I think the Prusa x rods used to be 495mm, but the page you linked to shows the newer (adjusted) figure of 420mm.

I've cut mine to 420 - I hope it's right!

Yup that's what I thought, but there was no revision trail on the WiKi, stainless A2 rod and threaded ordered, I can go ahead and send the cutting list now!spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

420mm for the longest smooth (x2) is correct
