I am having issues with my heating bed on my Reprappro Huxley. I've just finished building it and have been going through the commissioning steps in the instructions and upon testing the heatbed, I noticed that the temperature reading was not fluctuating and the heatbed was not warming up. The thermistor reads between 12-14 in the software. I disassembled the bed and checked the thermistor's resistance when I placed on my finger on it, and it changed approximately ~30 ohms. The voltage output of the thermistor when running is right around 4.80 volts.
Before disassembling, I also probed the voltage coming in to the heated bed. When the bed is turned off in the software, there is approximately 9.3 volts coming into the bed. When I turn the bed on, it drops to ~7 volts.
The resistance of the heated part of the board is around 7 ohms with the power off.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I looked at other posts on the site, and I don't know if I have a bad thermistor as I do see a change in resistance (I just don't know how large that change should be), or if my problem is related to the fact that I am not seeing 19V at the heated bed, or something else entirely.
