Attention RepRap users! 3D Print Place is granting all RepRap users an exclusive sneak peak of our new 3D Printing Platform. You can be the first to upload CAD files and explore the site before we launch to the general public at the 3D Printing Event in the Netherlands on October 25th at 5pm CET. We encourage you to upload as many CAD files as you can. This is a great opportunity to showcase your design skills, as the launch will have a considerable amount of international press. Thanks for the good wishes. In answer to your question. The site is very different from Thingiverse because in addition to being able share Cad files users can also collaborate on files, sell files and keep 100% of the profit, participate in contests and ongoing design league, easily find the software, fillament, printer or scanner that is right for them, offer/ provide a printing or scanning service, participate in our 3d printing course management system.... And many more great functions. I encourage you to explore the site and let us know how we can improve it.
