RAMPS 1.4 High Current?

Continuing my quest to set up RAMPS on my Huxley and I'm running into more difficulties.

After a few mins of moving each of the axis around, I loose power. I took a look at how many amps were being drawn and it was about 3-4A hold and spike at about 6A. My set up includes 1 X motor, 1 Y motor, 1 Z motor, and 1 Extruder motor. I'm not sure what the problem is? Originally I had this system running off of Monotronics and never lost power. Any ideas?

Also, communication is fine with RepSnapper but I'm not getting any temperature. I set the firmware to 100K thermoresistor but still nothing. Is there another parameter I need to set?

Figured out the high current problem. I had the pots on the stepper drivers turned the wrong direction. I had them 75% up instead of 25%. I figured it was something dumb.

I still have the temperature problem. Any idea what could be the problem?
