Power Supply Sound!

So i purchased a power supply like this power supply I wired it using a PC power plug that I cut the end off and stripped the wires appropriately. I know it's wired correctly and my 12V outputs are great. Upon giving it power, the big transformer inside (i think) makes a weird buzzing sound... almost like the sound of a florecent light? I uploaded a video unfortunately sound only works in beginning... but does this sound correct? Please your input is helpful!

are you sure you dun have a short somewhere? do you have a multimeter?

I have the exact same supply and it doesn't make a sound. This doesn't sound good i.m.o.
Probably best to return it to the supplier...

I checked the housing and everything with my multimeter and picked up zero volts, my inputs are good, my outputs are good... I will contact my supplier and ask about it. Thanks for the input
