Hi
Please can you tell me what wire spec I buy for the following :
1. Nema 17 motor
2. Heater Bed
3. Thermistor and Heat Resistor
Do it create a problem if the wire is incorrect ?
Thanks
Vaughan

I use 7/0.2 for motors.
32/0.2 for heated bed plus ribbon cable for the bit that needs to bend.
16/0.2 for hot ends.
If you use wire that is too thin it will get hot. For example if you used 7/0.2 for a heated bed it would catch fire.

Hi Nophead, thanks for the help.
The ribbon cable is that a standard cable that I can ask for or does it have special spec. My luck I have my first print and destroy everything with the wrong spec cables.
Thanks

Yes standard ribbon cable. I use 26 way for the bed. Two of those are the thermistor and then 12 for each of the bed connections.
