Heated bed suppliers

I'm thinking about building a bigger printer so I'm looking for a larger heated bed. Minimum 9" square but would prefer 10" and would have a good think about 12" square. It would also be worth thinking about a rectangular bed say 8" x 12".
Who is making beds larger than 8x8"?

You will need electronics that can handle the current or a separate relay to control the heaters as well as a basalt, glass or other substrate to mount the silicone rubber heaters to.
