Since I published a small ebook about 3D printing, aimed squarely at newcomers to the community, I have been getting more and more requests to do presentations and demonstrations, with and about my printer. To this end, I am planning to add a number of classroom type supplements to my next edition, so that others will also be able to show off their machines in educational settings. I am already field testing a few ideas such as '3D Printer Jeopardy,' but I was hoping that other reprappers might also have some good ideas. What I am really looking for are student involvement activities that can keep an audience busy, while my Makerbot is chugging away merrily in the background. Stuff that is fun and educational at the same time.
Any good ideas?
