I am a newbie. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

When I print the "20mm-hollow-box", at the top layer nozzle plows through top layer.

How to fix it ?

probably too fast of an extruded rate. lower extrusion rate down. do you have images of it? thanks

I am workin on images, I got a new phone/camera - I still figure out the bluetooth !!

I think what rooski ment was turn the extrusion temperature down a bit and add/speed up a cooling fan

How can too high a temperature cause this symptom?

high temp can cause oozing, but i think the issue is the flow rate.
