Universal Y-Axis Plate SVG

Terawatt released our Universal Y-Axis plate source-distros in SVG format.

You can use these files to assist with making a Y-Axis plate for a reprap with many different materials and processes, including CNC machining and lasercutting. Probably the easiest way to make your own y-plate is to print the SVG file and use it as a drill guide with a 9"x9" sheet of 3mm-thick aluminum or 5mm-thick acrylic. If you try to make the side or inner-cuts by hand you're on your own. This component was designed for machining originally, and recently modified for lasercutting. Use it, scale it, share it, please.

Both the classic 220mm plate and our new 320mm designs are uploaded. Scale as large or small as you need!
