Who is the user in charge of this website so I can PM to?

I have a suggestion to make to the management team with the hope of furthering the noble goal set out by the founder.

Some help is appreciated.

Charles_2008 is trolling on purpose, do not communicate further with him.

He was given the names of admins to PM in this thread that he asked for but did nothing about it except try and wind up yet another few people.

We see Charles_2008 is reasonably eloquent in the thread here (except he does not read replies)

and then is whiny trollish with a pretence of poor English in the thread here where he pretends to be a victim.

He has wasted enough time with trolling and unless he apologises to all those he has wronged he should be ignored. His actions have been deliberately mean and pointless and attempting to garner sympathy from people that you abuse is pretty far on the dysfunctional behaviour scale even on the internet.
