Extruder not working

Okay I just finished my printer and everything is working except for the extruder motor, it works fine in manual mode but when I go to print the extruder motor does not turn, everything else works, the x, y , and z axis move but nothing from the extruder. It is moving as if it is printing except for the extruder.
I have no idea why this is happening.
It is heating up to the correct temperture.

Running Windows 7 64bit, gen6 electronics, marlin firmware, pronterface with skeinforge.

Tried different versions of the firmware, different versions of skeinforge.
Tried reinstalling the python software.

Ant help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it's likely one of two things...

Were you able to follow the calibration using the RepRap Calculator?

In the skeinforge Dimension tab, make sure it is enabled. I have absolute Extrusion Distance selected.

In the Speed tab, match up feed rate and flow rate. Mine are at 20.0.

Lastly, check your firmware settings for steps/mm extrude.

If you are using Marlin,

1) Comment Out #define PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE in configuration.h
For testing purposes only, this should be re-enabled later.
2) Remove the hotend.
3) test that the extruder is able to manually feed and retract the filament.

Thanks for the advice, it was the skeinforge Dimension tab, the check box wasn't checked.
