Hello Friends! Bought here such as an extruder in the photo, I can not understand the connection with fan and thermocouples. Connect to the Ramps 1.4. Please help!

How should one know? Please ask the vendor. He has your money, so he should help you getting it running.

this thread may help [forums.reprap.org] it looks like it is a k-type thermocoupler that you have.
