Print hotter for smaller nozzles?

Trying a.0.25mm nozzle, prints are nice, but having a few layer bonding issues. Bit weak. Any guidance on tiny nozzles?
Thanks

For me the temperature doesn't make much of a difference. You should make sure that the amount of material is correct. If you extrude a bit less than is needed you won't notice it much with a big nozzle, but a lot more with a small one. We are not talking about huge differences, but enough to make tlayers stick or not.

Interesting, I'll try extruding a bit more and see where that gets me smiling smiley

I find that temperature does make a difference and that higher temperatures give better adhesion printing with PLA and PETG.

Also, realize that the thinner the extruded diameter, the quicker the material cools. Thus, environmental temperature, drafts and fan usage becomes a concern. I have considered the use of a heat lamp when printing with smaller nozzles, though I haven't done it yet.
