Quality issues on print surface, looking for help.......

This problem occurred recently, tiny gaps on the surface, i tried higher temperature, lower speed, higher flow rate, problem still exists.

ridiculously, this problem only happened on grey color PLA, i tried 2 rolls of grey, problem happened on both.

any expert can help me please....... thanks in advance

Which slicer did you use?

Have you calibrated the extruder?

Did you measure the filament diameter and use that number when you sliced?

I ve been having same issue with a roll of blue pla, only thing I was able to do it get it two work right was to use a 0.14 layer height and reduce the flow rate in cura to 98% . Try it hope it helps.

perhaps u can try increasing the percentage of infill and increases the top layer thickness.
