I have a spare makerbot replicator 2 and I'm thinking to try other alternatives firmwares on it. Do you think that it will take me too much time or too hard to do this?
Which firmware do you think I can get working on it esaier, Marlin or Sprinter?
I'm pretty sure Sailfish is the only one that's got a Makerbot distribution. If you wanna roll your own Marlin it might be doable, but it could be tough.
