Easy Stepper

Hi There,

I saw the demo on the Easy Stepper on YouTube and realised that was just what I needed for a project so I bought one.
However, I cannot find a data sheet for it, just want to make sure of the voltage range and polarity for the DC input.
Also what are the jumpers marked Ms 1,2 &3 used for?
