Maybe one of you can help. This is my first build and I've got everything running except the extruder motor is giving me a headache. When I run the extrude command in Pronterface it works but occasionally will go in reverse instead of the correct direction. I figured out that if I push the drive gear in the correct direction it will stop reversing and go the right way until it runs into resistance again. I do not think the hotend is clogged or anything because it's spitting out really nice strands of abs. When I try to print a test file it will rock one step forward and one step backward continuously about twice a second.
I'm using a sanguinololu 1.3a board
I'd be grateful for any suggestions
