[Arcol.hu Hot-end v4] What's the purpose of heater block screw holes?

I am going through Arcol.hu Hot-end v4.0 assembly manual. There are two screw holes on heater block. You can see it on several pictures. I am wondering what's the purpose for this holes? For termistor there is another hole (from upper side between this two) and I cannot found any use for them in assembly guide. Do you have any idea?

My guess is it's tooling holes to hold the work piece while machining.

I like to attach my thermistor to a ring cable shoe (instead of cementing it to the heater), and thus the m3 screw holes on the arcol is perfect to hold said cable shoe in place.
