I've printed a couple dozen items successfully on my Kossel but the last several want to start printing about 2 inches above the bed. The only changes to the machine are upgrading the stepper drivers to TMC2208s. I've auto-leveled the bed and tried different versions of Cura. What beginner error have I made?
