Second Extruder Wont Work

I have a GT2560 Board and i just upgraded it to a dual extruder.
whenever i try to extrude it just clicks without moving .
E1 works fine just E2 clicks.
Motherboard and Stepper Motors are brand new.
Motor works 100% .
i really dont know why it would happen i tried to switch the stepper motors and it just happens on E2.
i attached the marlin software.

I only have 1 extruder ， not sure if it was right：

1) You will need configure step per unit for the new E1
2）also, max feedrate, max acceleration
3) Suggest you update to latest marlin
4) Also suggest to enable DRIVER_TYPE , it works good to me
5) Also suggest to tell what type of machine you are having. I only have delta type kossel machine, so your configuration looks different from mine.....
