unable to print glow in the dark PLA.. / Black

This stuff is white, and glows green. When i first got this, the PLA felt like a softer consistency to what i am use to,
Most of the pla i have will snap, this stuff just bends, feels almost like a gel, but not..

The problem it wont extrude, iv tried from 180 to 240c,

it seems like the bolt ends up just eating into the PLA as it seems softer than usual.

I have tried baking the PLA @ 70c for 3 hours, a short length, it did stiffen up, felt alot less soft, But still cannot get the thing to extrude.
This also happens with my BLACK PLA which i hav e 2 kg of stuff i cannot use,

Now i have 1kg of glow in the dark that wont work
and 2kg of Black that wont work either,

Every other PLA i have works fantastic

Any ideas on how to get it to extrude?
place i got it from was
www.bilbycnc.com.au - PLA 3mm Glow in the dark green
Glow in the dark BLUE works great, it must have different chemical properties again...

Any ideas on how to get this to extrude?

You might try extruding MUCH slower.

I have the soft PLA from GRRF and can only extrude it at 15mm/s.
Normally I extrude at 32mm/s.

Hi Bob, I have been meaning to get hold of some of that - is it worth playing around with? would it work to make a living hinge for example? Can you print a single wall filament object (pot / tornado) and it is then soft and squishy?

@nechaus - What did it smell like at 230 degrees C? - A bit like candyfloss (PLA) or not?
Try bob's idea of going slow, and maybe tighten your hobbed bolt a bit more.

So far I have only printed three objects using the soft PLA (and I have a 2.3 Kg roll of it).

A hair clip (which didn't hold because it is too rubbery),
A cat brush (https://picasaweb.google.com/115432928815865597683/Mendel?authuser=0&feat=directlink#5724670699769672738), and a
Big snake (https://picasaweb.google.com/115432928815865597683/Mendel?authuser=0&feat=directlink#5724670646214444226).

It is very bendable.

It is also like glue which is why you can't extrude it faster.

It might be interesting to have your three filament extruder loaded with ABS/PLA, Wood (from GRRF) and the soft PLA (from GRRF). Then you could print an object with a wooden base, rubber hinge and a plastic top in one print job!
