Configuration.h gone (Marlin)

Hey guys,
I have kind of a weird problem: yesterday I was recompiling and uploading the marlin firmware after making some minor changes... during the uploading I got a bluescreen - my pc froze! After restarting I discovered that my Configuration.h was .. well gone!
It's an empty file now .. it just writes: "nulnulnulnulnulnulnulnulnul..."
Now all my configurations are lost! Is there any way to retrieve the Firmware from the Arduino itself? Because the printer seem to still be using the last firmware! It works at least ...

I don't really want to recalibrate the whole thing sad smiley
(Of course I didn't write anything down ...)

Any ideas?

Depending on your OS and the editor that you used to edit the configuration, you may have old copies lying around....

Marlin use to print a list of the current config when you connect to it with, for example, Pronterface. These values are the config you need in terms of speeds, accelerations and steps per mm on each axis. It is missing (I reckon) your thermistor, the end-stop and motor invert axis config.
