Quick question!

Hello!

I wrote a very small gcode sample... and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me why the movements highlighted in green don't move at the same speed.

G91
G1 X20.000
G4 P50000
G1 X90.000 F700
G28 Z0
G1 Z5.000
G1 X50.000 F18000

G1 X-140.000 F18000
G1 X90.000 F700
G28 Z0
G1 Z5.000
G1 X50.000 F18000

It appears that the second green movement moves much slower than the first. A little confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

You probaly want to tell us which firmware you're using.
How much slower?
Both moves should be at 700mm/min which isn't very fast, accelleration will affect it to some extent, but given the distances being over I doub't it would be significant.
