Thermistor Reading Negative Degrees

Hi all.
I am running MK4DUO (a branch of marlin), on an Arduino Mega and Ramps 1.4.
I have an E3D V6 Lite hotend and am getting a thermistor reading of -49 degrees Celsisus at room temperature.
I have set the thermistor to the default Epcos 4.7k to no avail.
Which one should work?
I have attached my configuation file.

a negative reading like that is normally a unplugged thermistor
or firmware is looking at wrong port
or thermistor is plugged into wrong port
or broken wire leading to thermistor

Ah ha. Got it. Went through all the options in the firmware and found it was in wrong pin. Thanks!
