SKR Mini V2.0 freezes on boot

Hello everyone. I have not used my 3d printer in around 3 months. I downloaded marlin 2.0 bugfix and edited it like I always have.
Now the motherboard just freezes and the USB is NOT seen by WINDOWS 10
The .bin file that is inculded with the SKR Flavor download works fine but I need to edit things such as end stops and inverting motor dir.
What am I doing so wrong?

Wish I could help, but these issues arent discussed much here, if you go to device manager does the maple driver show up? Any reason for choosing bugfix? I assume there are many...I just got the latest stable version thinking it would be ok, finally managed to load a FW but the struggle continues.
