So, Botmill has screwed a lot of us over. I've read a lot of accounts.
At this point, I'm looking into whatever legal actions, be it large or small, that I can take to recover my lost money and time. Is there any way that you guys could assist me? I'd like to gather as much information as possible to establish a pattern of behavior regarding their really bad business practices.
Feel free to post your experiences here, but more than anything, I'm going to need actual contact information (which can be limited to email addresses at this point), so I understand if you don't want to. The problem is that it's just hearsay if I can't get in touch with you and possibly make you directly available to a court in some way.
Small claims court will likely be less strict and not involve being actually present in the courtroom and is the most likely direction I'll take.
