Help with Repetier Mac

Hi all,


So after 5 or 6 days of calibration I got my printer back to normal with new firmware and new slicing programs. I printed a great name tag last night. Then......my laptop crashed (the one I use for printing). So now I am trying to get Repetier host going on my Mac laptop.

It connects, and heating the extruder works, but I cannot control the motors at all. No green lights

Is there something I need to change in the firmware? It was uploaded using windows. (not that it should matter)
Hopefully I am just missing something simple....

Stupid question: have you homed the axes?
Stupid question 2: can you get them to move by issuing gcode commands manually (G0, G1)?
Stupid question 3: are your axes and origin set up correctly in Repetier-Hosts's printer settings?

I ran windows in bootcamp and got it working....not sure what the problem was...
