solved // hotend and bed not heating up

hi everyone I cant seem to get the hotend going its been a long struggling build but im almost there, I finally got all the xyz motors to work ,i have mechanical endstops x3 to work too and both thermistors for hotend and bed are working ,when i touch the thermistors they react againt my body heat great ,but hotend will not work im running marlin for arduino lcd + clicker which all works im using pronterface for this.
my hotend is wired into D10 as drawing its not clear what is plus and minus theres two for plus and two for minus

heatbed doing the same thing will not heatup

id like to just add i do have problem with my ramps smoking once ive replaced aduino mega 2560 completly

Turns out to be my Ramps board delaminated itself from an earlier test

if mintemp is below 5 it will not turn on, it will assume that there is a disconnected thermister. temp tables are questionable on marlin, what thermister are you using, and what is the starting temp?

also shouldnt' it be motherboard 34, not 33?

thermistors are showing room temprature 19 to 20 degrees when i hold tip it goes up

ill also try 34

and maybe disable min temp to try out ill keep updated but im wondering if i can put 12v directly to see if hotend works if that is a good way to test what do you think?

update ive tried reccomendations still no joy im at a lost now maybe a fuse on ramps board needs changing im picking at straws now
