Free Reprap Pro Mendel Contest

I'm about to kick off a contest on Youtube to give away a Reprap Pro Mendel.

Weekly, through the time it takes me to build the mendel, I will challenge entrants to complete a task. Those tasks will be judged by current Reprap owner operators.

Right now I am looking for any good challenges that I may not have thought of yet.

So far I have-

Show a project you have already completed.
Teach a skill in a youtube video, less than 10 minutes.
Show your workspace and tools.
Show how you are involved with your local maker/hacker space. If there isn't one, start one. (A google group is a good start)
Take a test on Reprap/ 3D printer knowledge.
Design and post a 3D object to thingiverse/github/etc.
Get a current reprap owner to "sponsor" you. Meaning be your mentor to help you.

My intention is to cultivate a community of prepared reprap owners. Armed with the basic tools and knowledge to be able to handle a Reprap.

Thoughts and constructive criticism are welcome.

Why is this limited to one RepRapPro product and what's wrong with this forum, IRC and the wiki? IMHO, we have a "cultivated community of prepared owners" already, going strong for several years. Maybe I miss something.
