Require assistance in obtaining 3M HTD timing pulleys

I require assistance in obtaining 3M HTD timing pulleys without paying an exorbitant shipping price for I live in Los Angeles. I'd be happy if some one could give me info on any companies out in the Los Angeles area who make this timing pulley. Preferably, I prefer to buy in person, but that's not an option with mfg. companies.

We are having a bunch made and will be stocking them in our store soon (about 3 weeks). Shipping to LA would be just $.99c via First Class.
