Problems with my reprap / megatronics

Hi,

A couple of days back I intended to upgrade my mendel prusa1 printer by removing the extroder motor from the carrage.
After the mechanical change I installed every thing back but the extruder motor doesn't work.
Even worse if I try to extrude the complete printer stalls and I have to disconnect the reset everything. The motor recives power but doen't turn (also not by hand at this point), like both spools get power at the same time.

I have tried anonther motor without result.
I have tried to switch 2 polulo's but the problem stays at the extruder
In the arduino software I switched the pins from extruder E0 to E1 but the problem shifts also.

I have no idea how to get it working again so any help will be greatly accepted.

1. Never connect or disconnect a motor without turning off power. This will fry a Pololu.
2. The motor will never turn (easily) by hand when energized. It will also be difficult to turn if it is plugged in.
3. Try running the motor from the X-Axis connector at the board, not at the motor. If it turns there, you know it is not the motor or the cable. Make sure not to activate the endstop switch during this test, and move in the + direction.
4. If it falis to turn in 3. I would suspect the cable first, the motor second.
