Which printer for me?

Hi at all,

I want to buy a 3d-printer for myself. I'm an architecture student, who wants to print some building-models, but also prototypes of product design.
I'm not really familiar with that big amount of printers, so I believe it make no difference for me if it is an open-source printer or not.
For me it is important to have a large constructed space with a good resolution of the printed model.
My budget is about 900€ (1200$)

At the moment I thought, to buy a FelixPrinter. What do you think about it? Is there a better one for my conditions?

Hope you guy's can help me smiling smiley

hi,

it is okay if the printer just uses one extruders, I don't need more.
I'm willing to do a lot, for sure I need a manual, and a printer, which I can build without to be an engineer.

But some solutions like the solidoodle or FelixPrinter are are already build?!
