COM3 not allowing access to Ramps.

Help, I'm a Rookie!... Built this Printer from Prusa i3 design, Added Arduino & Ramps 1.4, I have Arduino addressing thru COM3, but when I load Pronterface (with the same COM & Baud Rate) it says cannot open COM 3...

Try this:

-Disconnect everything
-Enter Pronerface
-Connect Cable
-Select COM3
-Click connect

This sequence usually works when im having trouble.

also reboot. the comm driver may not work properly untill reboot. if this is windows it is easy. if it is ubuntu it takes up to 5min to see comm on usb port.
