Issue I could use some help with
March 07, 2013 07:25AM
Hi all

My printer is printing loverly as lower speed (30mm/s), but when I speed it up a bit(45mm/s) i get consistant waves in after corners. I think it is something to do with acceleration as it goes away as the nozzle gets away from a corner. I have attached an image that shows what I mean.

Everything is calibrated, marlin firmware, any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like damped oscillation when the bed stops at the end of a move. Try reducing the Y acceleration in the firmware.

Its both y and x directions, excatly the same, but I will try reducing acceleration and see what happens thanks

Anyone know good acceleration values for a prusa mendel?
