End of print problem

Hi all....

I seem to have a problem at the end of the print. i cant work out if it is at the last layer or the 1 before last.
The printer stalls or goes very very slowly around the same area and is still extruding!

i've attached the owl gcode
If that helps, i have a reprap pro using ABS, Pronterface and slicing with skeinforge.
is it a skeinforge setting issue?

Your print speed is slowing down because of the small layers. This is a slicer setting in both skeinforge and slic3r. Its part of the cooling strategy. If the layer print time is less than your threshold, the slicer slows things down so the layer has a chance to solidify before you print on top of it. As you can see, for very small layers, this strategy doesn't work well. Fans can help, as can printing multiple copies simultaneously.

set slicer slowest speed in cooling to 15mm a second. your nozzle is oozing.

i've also changed my end.gcode with G28 X0 which works fine.
