-------it is already a series of chords around the circle.this is not a true circle. you can see it on your drawing., and its kind of visible on a large model . Would be better to have like more short chords.

I have a failing-failed graphics card, so the model doesn't render smoothly

Made the mods.
Zebra strips indicate that it's a round profile.
I added an overhang support in the archway, let me know if that's some thing you want removed.

The good news is that kisslicer works. The bad news is that for some unknown reason, all lines are broken up into short segments, .What I see in gcode: kisslicer"thinks" the lines/walls of the model are curved/bent or rotated and I cannot figure out why or how to fix it

I have some updates
transforming from: CAD---->SLICER--->GCODE--->PRINTING was successfully DONE as you can see on the pics. I am using sli3er. It looks like Kisslicer cannot handle very large models or maybe I cannot make the right settings.

the bad news is that I cannot finish the print because of failed/stalled stepper (actually bearing)
Due to a short Marlin's pulse or due to another reason, the stepper had some vibrations that caused a problem for a failed bearing. Another thought is that the bearing was defective (not sure too). Anyway, I have to buy a newer stepper. Can you advise what kind of stepper is the best fit to my driver? I need to get as much as possible torque at the low speed (I guess, it should be about 50-150 rpm). Considering Nema 34 or 42
I am using AC/DC18-80V/7.2A driver to run Nema 34 stepper [www.aliexpress.com] .

Some one else is going to have to help you with a stepper motor selection, that's not my domain of expertise.
I have read that if you remove the rotor it will ruin it. You need to slide the rotor into a metal sleeve to prevent damage-demagnetization? to the rotor.

Seems odd that the shaft looks worn, as though it spun in the bearing or what was attached to it spun on it.
Is the gunk in the motor from the rotor crashing into the stator, and is the bearing inner race wobbly?

I did not remove the rotor. The gunk are just graphite lubrication from the front stalled bearing. I replaced the bearing but due poor design can not ally the front and rear ends/covers with the stator, the rotor rubbing the stator. So I need a step motor, bigger, better, hight torque. And dont know how to calculate which is the best fit for my driver.

With the Kisslicer problems I think the reason might be that Kisslicer uses a bitmap internally for insetting the perimeters. For large objects this bitmap becomes too large.

Considering the amount of torque you are looking for you may want to switch to a geared setup on your stepper. Maybe something like this would work better for you.

I saw this story a while back, I notice that the concrete is capable of slight overhang for the arches, but have you put any consideration into some kind of support system for overhangs like windows and doors or are you relying on metal/wood parts added during printing to support overhangs?

Even with a support material, I can't imagine using enough of it to print-in-place a floor or ceiling. You'd be digging out an entire room worth of support material.

Also, I wanna see this thing make stairs!

While this is an awesome concept, I see some problems... Namely the Gripper bot doesn't have a way to handle intersections. Also, what kind of material is it that they're using if they expect to make nearly horizontal domes that can support the bot hanging on them? (it appears to be a two-part compound rather than concrete... Maybe a super-hard polystyrene or something?)

Another use: 3d print interlocking bespoke cement blocks, which would allow you to construct a temporary structure. Creating a temporary structure get's around some zoning laws. Use dovetail wedges for connections, a tarp for a roof, and some rope anchors to hold it in place. I can see filling the hollow cores with a transparent, or translucent resin to create a unique effect.
