Trinity Labs still in business?

Is trinity labs operational?
I had a commitment to refund a shipping charge after I added an item to an existing order (had the commitment before submitting the add-on order) and they have yet to honor it after 2 months and multiple attempts to remind them or even get a response.

I've seen other mentions of them here that aren't exactly complimentary. I just tried clicking through about 20 items on their website and none show in stock.

Anoyone else have a recent good experience?

you're best bet is to contact regan@trinitylabs.com i imagine she is swamped with emails though

I got a response to an email I sent earlier yesterday. They are apparently undergoing some reorganization ("changes in management" and "reorganizing our shipping department"). But Regan did promise to take care of this.

Having issues as well. Regan has not replied to me.
