As on images you can find that project start curling on legs side (bed with glass 60 degrees + hair spray, it start curling after around 1hour).

Second problem is lack of connection between rounded edges and infill... It doesn't fill to the edge but leaving around 1-2mm...

Third problem is awful rounded edges... Not sure why it can't print nice edges...

I printed on 15mm/s on edges...

Hey Mick,
I found that hairspray is not that good for PLA, I started using PVA mixed with water (1:10 ratio) applied to a heated bed a few times works alot better for the PLA prints I have done. May not fix all your problems but should help with curling and maybe curves.

So hair spray only for ABS ?

not all hair spray is the same, if one brand doesn't work try another brand

A surefire way I have found to work well with RepRapWorld PLA is glue stick applied to the heated bed.
Different brands will yield different bonding strength:
UHU: had to chisel the parts off, ultimate bond. Probably, soaking the glass plate in water for a long enough time might help with part removal.
Tombow: Bonds really well, after the bed has cooled to nearly ambient, the parts just snap off.
Coccoina liquid glue stick: similar to Tombow, just that it is in liquid form.

PVA Glue mixed with a little water. bed at 65 - 70 C cannot go wrong with PLA will stick like crazy and crack off nice at 30C.

it sticks so good i am able to run a 120mm fan blowing over the whole bed while printing lol

if you find you still get lift add more glue less water etc.

iv tried hairspray it does stick but i get lift but it was a cheapo brand haitspray. i know richrap uses hairspray and has no problems i would say it depends on brand were as PLA glue is PLA glue.

on that note dont use Wood Glue ! its not the same stuff has added extras to work better with wood(unless its super cheapo wood glue lol)

The edges not touching and the not onus round edges is because there is some backlash in at least one of your X/Y axis.
I would check your belt tension, and that the sett screws on the pulleys are tight.

Another +1 on PVA/H20 mix.
