That site would be much more useful if there was an explanation of what went wrong and, perhaps, what they did to fix it.

That is a great page. 2 of the images are mine that I posted here when I first started out.

FYI the link I posted, if you click on the photos, most have an explanation of the cause if it was discovered. But you need to click on it to bring it up.
