TrinityLabs not listed at Paypal anymore & more.... ! Be carefull, dont buy !

Hey Guys,


As i saw these days, paypal is not working with this criminal company anymore.
The website is still online, so they still try to get your money.
Be careful guys. There must be a reason!

I have to say my Order finally arrived (after 2 Month),
so i think they had/have trouble but no bad intentions...

I clicked on the link in the OP, and another click away was a message from Ezra:


We've just gotten a real merchant account so we don't have to use PayPal anymore. Currently getting it hooked up to the payment gateway and shopify etc so estimate this weekend or just after we will be taking credit cards online again.

I want everyone to know that no customers will be jilted here. Currently our main priority is making good on any and all customers either still waiting on their orders as well as trying to help anyone with remaining issues get whatever help we can give to remedy their situation.

I am a big picture mad scientist and a catalyst, not a bean counter and minute detail oriented person. My wife has stepped up big time along with her father and I'm hugely great full that she is working very hard to clean up my mess. I know that asking for more patience is lame to hear but I want everyone to know that regardless of anything else WE WILL NOT LEAVE ANY CUSTOMERS WITHOUT A WORKING PRODUCT OR AN APPROPRIATE REFUND.

I will still be involved moving forward but only in a technical/product design/customer support and vision role. Regan and the administrative/shipping team she is building will be handling all day to day business activities from here on out.

I'm also not jumping back in too quickly as the stress had agravated my recently diagnosed type 2 adult onset diabetes which is what landed me in the hospital.

I just wanted to say hello and reassure anyone in doubt that while it is going to take us a bit if time and lots of hard work, we are here to honor our responsibilities and are actively working on not letting anyone slip through the cracks.

I purposefully had no phone or Internet access for a month while I was recuperating so if you were emailing me with questions I appologize. Please use in...@trinitylabs.com as this is forwarded to all of us that can help so will get noticed as quickly as we can.

We're also dealing with trying to clean up the mess Rose left us with paperwork and organization wise so if you feel like you are being ignored please know it isn't on purpose and shoot and email to info@ with a short description of your order or issue so we can make sure we know about it.

And last but not least thank you all for the well wishes and continued support as we reinvent ourselves and grow from here into the company we want to be that respects and loves our customers first and foremost. You all are a pleasure to work with even if we aren't and I just want to thank you all in advanced for bearing with us through this chaotic time for TrinityLabs. Just know that we are not going anywhere and plan to honor any and all commitments.

I haven't purchased anything from TL, but maybe they are getting their act together?

Paypal Is a "real" merchant account. Your bank discount rate might be lower but there are fees associated with bank based merchant accounts that unless you do a large or at least moderate amount of business a Paypal business account is cost competitive. Shopify supports the use of Paypal and a traditional bank based merchant account so there isn't any technical reason a merchant can't use both.
