wonky hot end

My hot end is wonky. I've tried removing and refitting to no avail. I think the two small springs are causing the mis-alignment.

Anyone see this ?

Cheers

The whole thing looks wobbly. Loose screws?

What does WONKY mean?

unsteady, shaky

awry, wrong

weird, whacked out, messed up, not working for no definable reason

What printer, type hot end, type of mech extruder, PLA, ABS.
What is hot end doing or not doing?
Did you mount it? Did you use instructions?

It definitely looks misaligned. I don't know why you need springs on the extruder. Seems like it causes more problems than it fixes. It could be caused by misalignment in the tapping of your mounting block. I'm not very familiar with Bowden extruders so I can't be of much help here.

It's a RepRapPro Mono Medel and they are part of the build instructoins. They're in there to allow height adjustment of the HE when multiple HE's are installed. I only have one HE so have taken the springs out and the problem is solved.
