So I had to replace my x carrier plate on my Prusa due to an issue. While I was at it, I replaced the printed pla bushings with printed nylon self centering bushing. Now, I have a weird gaping issue. Any ideas?

Actually, I just viewed my gcode on [gcode.ws] and for some reason slic3er is actually added the gaps in. Also, my part is short on the x and y by 10 mm even though my calibration is good on my prusa (i double checked it). All my holes and cutouts are within tolerance.
