After Some layers, it looks like the calibration is lost..

Hello All

I'm new here, and this is myn first question hope someone can help :-)

I have à prusa mendel i2 which was printing okay , but after setting the belts à little tighter. I get the following problem.
The half of the gearwheel layers is printing okay and then hè lost his precision.
I have checkend the z spindels ...

If the layers are shifted only, maybe your x/y/or both motors are skipping during the prints. If they are squashed, maybe your z is skipping or it has some serious wooble.

Also make sure that your motors have enough power, because I personally have found that after tightening my belts sometimes the motors need a little more power to over come little bumps and tugs on the carriage.

possibly oil up the x and y axis rails? 3-1 oil or motor oil. your x-y jerk settings may be at the very edge of what your machine is normally capable of. this gear part you show in that image has a lot of quick back and forth movements.

Thank you All for the help.

I found out what the problem was.
My heatbed is from Rvs with à flat heating element Below it.
And if i set the controller on à lower temperature .. The Rvs plate is wraping so the printing height is changing

very stupid that I have not seen this earlier.
i have ordered the PCB heatbed including brosocili plate.
