Thats the way Portabee selling materials

I have ordered a roll of 1kg black PLA and black ABS from Portabee some time ago.
When I finally received my material, I found that they shipped me black PLA and YELLOW ABS.
Here is the email I got after the complaint:

"So our filament supplier was flooded this year, and we have been left with limited choice in regards color,
...... to wait would have been another 3 weeks, which just seemed too long ontop your existing wait,

I will offer you 20% off your next material order, as compensation for the change......"

They didn't inform me any of the situation and arrangment before the shpping and got no further reply on this after
I told them I do not use yellow ABS.

I will never order any materials from Portabee again even they offer me a 20% off. Since what they ship only depend on what have left in their stock, I probably can never receive the right thing.

If you paid with a credit card or something like Paypal just submit a claim for it. You should be covered to get 100% of the money back if you want to send the whole order back or the difference for just 1 roll though you will likely have to return it.

That is just not acceptable business. They should have contacted you and given you an option of the color or a refund.
