3D printing services for commissioning our idle 3d printers

Hello RepRapers,
I started compiling a list of the seemingly many online 3D printing services that can put some of our idle printers to (profitable) work for the printerless community out there.

The full list is here on Reddit, and in order to get as much input as possible, I'm reaching out to all of you as well.

The list is always growing, so if you know of any other services that have not yet been listed, please make mention of them below and I will gladly add them to the list.
Also, if anyone has any opinions, or experiences using such services as Makexyz, 3D Hubs, or You3Dit, feel free to share them here as well.
